Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is a good gift for someone in a rental that does not allow candles?
A: Wax melts give the same fragrance with no flame at all, which is why they clear dorm, office and rental rules.

Q: Do wax melts come with a warmer?
A: No, a warmer is not included — this is the wax only, sized for any standard electric or tea light warmer. Most people already own one, and they are inexpensive if not.

Q: How many cubes should I use at a time?
A: One or two cubes is right for a standard warmer, depending on the size of the room. Start with one and add the second only if you want it stronger.

Q: How long does the fragrance from one pack last?
A: The pack holds 60+ Hours of Fragrance in total. A single cube keeps its throw across several warming sessions, then fades gradually rather than stopping all at once.

Q: Are wax melts safe to use in a nursery or an office?
A: A wax melt has no wick and no flame, which is what makes it usable in nurseries, dorms and offices. Use it in a warmer made for the purpose and switch it off when you leave the room.

Q: How do I get the cooled wax out of a warmer?
A: Let the wax harden completely, then push it out from the underside of the dish with a thumb. If it sticks, warm it for a minute, switch it off, and lift it away with a cotton pad.
